This app appears to have multiple significant issues. When I try to create a trash reminder, it says my email address appears to be invalid. I have tried a couple (both valid) with the same result. When I attempt to report this problem thru the app, and fill in name, email, and description, it comes back saying all fields are required. So, it appears to basically be useless at this point.

If I could give this zero stars I would. App is basically unusable. You go to make a service request and it crashes every single time. I have looked for an update there is none. Uninstall and reinstall nothing it's same as before and has been for multiple years now.

App Keeps Crashing every time I try to make a report and closes as soon as I click create a report.
