After struggling to find any actual reporting options via the website, I asked the site bot how to report an issue. It told me to download the app. Well, when I click to report an issue in the app, it just takes me to the same unhelpful web pages that led me to contact the bot to begin with. This process has been incredibly frustrating. Why isn't there just an easy-to-find web form to report issues?

The new UI removed one of the most useful features under requests, we're no longer able to see them on a map. This will likely result in more duplicate requests and degrades citizens ability to easily see their tax dollars at work. It was great to see how much the city responded and resolved problems, but now it's harder to see and appreciate that. Recommend you bring the map view back.

I upgraded to an S24, and it no longer works. I've tried to use it for 24 hours, un-installed and reinstalled the app to no avail.
