I wanted to share a frustrating experience that turned into a positive one. As you are all aware I've been using the EP311 app to report potholes, graffiti or anything that I see that the city can work on. This month was the first time I've reported overgrown weeds. FYI I wanted to share that the 311 app rocks! I make a mental note whenever I see a pothole across El Paso. I always report any random pothole when driving and they're pretty on top of it with reports and actual repairs. 📱👷‍♀️🚧

Great and easy to file a request. I would have given it a 5 star except I don't know if it was taken care of. The only notification was that the request was closed.

Nothing works on this app unless you want to report a pothole. Not even information tabs work. Of course. It's El Paso.
