Won't open. Crashes on title screen. Judging by the reviews, the city probably stopped supporting the app. Typical of the city to start something, pay lots of money up front and then abandon it. It's kinda what E l Paso city management is famous for. Very disappointing.

This app used to be great, but now it crashes every time I use it. I've cleared the cache, restarted my phone, reinstalled the app. Doesn't matter if I try to report anything it crashes.

I wanted to share a frustrating experience that turned into a positive one. As you are all aware I've been using the EP311 app to report potholes, graffiti or anything that I see that the city can work on. This month was the first time I've reported overgrown weeds. FYI I wanted to share that the 311 app rocks! I make a mental note whenever I see a pothole across El Paso. I always report any random pothole when driving and they're pretty on top of it with reports and actual repairs. πŸ“±πŸ‘·β€β™€οΈπŸš§
