Worst travel booking app which I used. In my last travel booking the hotel denied to give room despite charging full amount of the room and I didn't get any support from cleartrip. One of the worst experience I had in my last greater noida travel. Only you will get calls from their customer care executive but you will not get any solution from them.

The worst app for booking so far. Customer support was very rude, giving 0% value for customer satisfaction. I booked a bus through this app and it got cancelled, and I was informed only via WhatsApp messages. Instead, they gave a bus that was 7 hours late. I was supposed to catch a flight tomorrow morning and almost missed it. They didn’t give any refund, and the bus was very unhygienic — how can they provide a bus like that without informing?*

its a fraud app i booked a flight and the payment got deducted but the flight doesn't booked . customer service is telling me that the payment didn't came to them and on the other hand they payment has came and refund will be initiated in 1 or 2 day but now its more than 2 weeks they are still trying to fraud now i am complaining to consumer court because they had already done a lot of fraud like this if you read more reviews its just a fraud app bad service worst i willsue you in court.
