ALARMING APP!!! Suddenly the app is inaccessible, the only option available is to uninstall or install (on Google Play) NO OPTION TO OPEN APP. I was able to open the app before, but now can't. When I tap on the app to open, it leads me to the app information hence NO WAY TO EVEN CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT

The apos is easy to use BUT can someone tell me how do I log in back to my account? There is no option other than 'Register' and when I fill up the details it says email has already exist. Definitely it exist because its my account. How do I log back in? BTW the apps just logged me out 1 morning.

Hi Marisa Long, thank you for your feedback. This may happen if the phone number entered is not linked to your existing account, which is why the app prompts you to register instead.

Hi ZUS Coffee team, I’d like to share some feedback on the app. The payment method, especially credit/debit card payment, can be improved. Currently, users need to key in long card details every time, which is quite time-consuming. It would be great if the app could allow saving card information securely for faster checkout. Hope to see improvements soon. Thank you!
