I had no issues downloading, logging in, setting a home airport, and searching airports on my upcoming trip. I have to assume they had a rocky launch from the bad reviews, but seems they've worked it out. Odd they made a new app vs. updating the old one, but I do like how offerings are now lumped by category vs. terminal so I don't have to search each terminal to find the lounge options.

Bizarre they made an entirely new app and force you to switch over to this new one, and it's not any better than the old one. The app basically sets the tone for the actual priority pass service - functional at best, and it's not often at it's best. The rating system for lounges is extremely flawed. You can only rate it if you actually get in. You can't get in often, even internationally.

Used priority pass for years and this new app is horrible. Can't log in, can't create a new account, and the form to submit a help request don't even work. I either get error messages saying it's a problem on their end or button clicks do nothing. When I read other reviews I thought "Surely it can't be that bad." But it is, at least for me. Feels great to find all this out on the day I'm travelling.
