Used priority pass for years and this new app is horrible. Can't log in, can't create a new account, and the form to submit a help request don't even work. I either get error messages saying it's a problem on their end or button clicks do nothing. When I read other reviews I thought "Surely it can't be that bad." But it is, at least for me. Feels great to find all this out on the day I'm travelling.

Tried opening the usual priority pass app at the airport and was prompted to download this new app. By the time downloaded and figured out the new login I was out of time before my flight. I don't notice any improvements over the original app and some features are missing. For example, can't star or rate lounges anymore. But on the positive side now we have a "plus" next to the logo!

I get why people that can't sign in are pissed off. However, I had no issues. It's a massive improvement over the old app. No more clicking on each terminal or concourse hoping to see actual lounges instead of grab and go options that are not part of the program. Now, it's very easy to scroll through all lounges in an airport.
