CFC Mobile Access gives you secure access to your account anytime, anywhere, so you can check your balance, make a payment, and pay bills on the go. Additional features include:

· Report your card as Lost or Stolen,

· Access your monthly statement up to five days earlier,

· Access your Cardholder Agreement, or

· Add an authorized user to your account.

Even after you activate your card, it still shows that they are processing your new card (stage 1). Even their website shows the same information as this app. You can't see your balance or make a payment. They need to seriously fix this app. From reading the other reviews, it looks like they want you to pay by phone so they charge you a $10 processing fee. Having to wait 8 days after making a payment in order to use your card again is ridiculous.

this company has cost me late fees too many times. I can't get help connecting me to someone who can fix this problem. on the day my bill is due I can successfully pay 1 card and when I try to pay another card, I'm told my card has magically expired even though I had JUST made a previous payment! NOTHING is wrong with my payment method!! So I won't make any more payments on anything if they can't fix THEIR problem.

Just got this card and it's been declined twice for normal everyday purchases like gas while other things have gone through. Chip part ineffective. The app doesn't show an accurate, updated amount on my balance. There is only a number to call for customer service, hopefully I'll be able to understand them as I'm often not able to understand customer service representatives. I'd rather email or chat but there is no option for that if you have questions. Also very little information in the FAQ's.
