I am unable to change the device type. I can tap on the available options, but nothing happens—there’s no confirmation or response. For instance, I am trying to reassign my Govee hygrometer from the default 'Light' category to 'Miscellaneous,' but it won’t update. Everything else in the app seems to work fine, but this specific feature is not responding.

UPDATE FROM 1 star in 2022. HERE'S how it's going in 2025. Internet bill is very expensive($150).It's their best speed,it's slow,glitchy,gaming,streaming, is a waste, and it's horrible. I've changed the box 5x in 1 yr. I have cameras they work fine as long as the WIFi works correctly, which isn't often. Cox, I hate to say this,but I can't switch because you're the better suckier company of the other options. I've tried what a shame to say. For the price it should be way better

As many have stated, it's ridiculous that you need to log into the app to change your wifi name and password. You should be able to do this on their website. However, I could overlook that if you could actually log into their app. I get the infinite login loop. Every time I try to log in, it cycles the loading screen, then bumps me back out to log in again. An inoperable app is below pointless. I'm going to save space on my phone and unistall this garbage.
