it started happening more and more often that the delivery time at the time of the order is shown as 30-40 mins but then suddenly expands to more than 1 hour after placing an order. right now I have an order that the restaurant is preparing for more than 30 mins and it'll be delivered in the next 30 mins. it's weird that a burger set is prepared and delivered for such extra long time period.

I've paid for the express delivery everytime but once, and 3/5 times it has taken longer that "standard" with competitors. About 1/5 times it would have been faster to walk to the store and back. It's always been the app that gives me the courier late, the drivers were always quick and precise once assigned. All of the great experiences has been for lunch, but not all lunch deliveries were good. Evening and/or weekend orders are emotional rollercoasters. I live about 10 minutes from 北千住駅.

In an industry bloated by parasitic "convenience fees" and the exhaustion of tiered subscriptions, this platform is a refreshing anomaly. It delivers the elusive trifecta: transparent in-store pricing, fiscal accessibility, and a welcome incentive for the uninitiated that is actually substantial. While the digital landscape is fickle, the current execution is impeccable. I shall remain a patron for now, though I am watching closely for any decline in standard. Highly recommended.
