Craveze Partner is built for restaurant partners and delivery agents working with Craveze.

Restaurant partners can use the app to manage daily restaurant operations, update menu details, manage item availability, configure order settings, and coordinate delivery or pickup fulfilment.

The app also helps restaurants manage delivery options. Restaurants can choose Craveze-supported fulfilment where available, assign their own delivery staff, or use both options depending on their operating model.

Delivery agents can use the app to manage availability, view assigned order tasks, stay connected with the restaurant, and complete pickup or delivery flows using OTP-supported verification.
