VANSi has an added on-demand feature that works similarly to cash advances, also known as Bridge-a-Gap "BaG" Cash, accompanied by education, motivation, and cutting-edge technologies. You must keep your bank account connected to the app and maintain your active membership to access these services. You may choose the free tier or premium tier membership by paying a fee. So long as you retain your membership active, if your bank account is at risk of being overdrawn, you may request a BaG (commonly $20, or $50, gradually growing to $200) to avoid impairing your finances. BaGs are gifts offered to all clients with qualified accounts to welcome them to VANSi. BaGs are not loans or traditional credits. To avoid any doubt, there are no mandatory repayments associated with BaGs. After your necessity has passed and when you have sufficient funds, if you choose to return your BaG to your VANSi account, you can access it again and again, each time with a more significant amount, growing to up to $200 (subject to approval). Sent 5 emails regarding closing my account and paying the measly 2 dollars I owe. Will not allow me to add an account to pay the stupid amount owed. 5 tickets submitted, all I get are automated responses. Is there even a real help desk or is it purely auto generated responses? What a joke. Fees are bi weekly for low amounts. Pass this one up and go elsewhere. Havent used the service in months and cant pay my balance and close. Total scam.

Definitely the worst app out there. They don't respond to customer service inquiries, they ban your account without reason. I'm thinking they only let you get the first advance to steal money from you with the fees and membership. I can't even access the app anymore without adding my debit card, and surprise surprise their systems keeps telling me they can't verify my debit card, even though the information is correct. I can't even cancel my membership because I can't get past this request.

The app seems to be running fine but I've been trying on and off for a year and when I use the free tier for a cash advance. Every single time I request it, I constantly get stuck on the processing screen and nothing happens. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared the cache and restarted my phone and nothing seems to help. There's no updates and no means of customer service ever getting in contact with me.
