VANSi is the next generation of Credit Convey. VANSi App provides financial wellness and stability insights about your daily balances, income, and upcoming expenditures at risk of becoming overdrawn. VANSi App also provides instant pay and transfer capabilities. This service allows you to pay or transfer funds to others from your future income whenever you don't have sufficient funds in your connected bank account. VANSi has an added on-demand feature that works similarly to cash advances, also known as Bridge-a-Gap "BaG" Cash, accompanied by education, motivation, and cutting-edge technologies. You must keep your bank account connected to the app and maintain your active membership to access these services. You may choose the free tier or premium tier membership by paying a fee. So long as you retain your membership active, if your bank account is at risk of being overdrawn, you may request a BaG (commonly $20, or $50, gradually growing to $200) to avoid impairing your finances. BaGs are offered to all clients with qualified accounts (subject to approval) to welcome you to VANSi. BaGs are not loans or traditional credits. After your necessity has passed and when you have sufficient funds, if you choose to return your BaG to your VANSi account, you can access it again and again, each time with a more significant amount, growing to up to $200 (subject to approval). You may choose to receive your on-demand BaG with standard 3 business-day delivery (free of charge) or request to receive it expedited within a few minutes (or same-day by 9:00 pm EST, depending on your bank) by paying an express fee, which varies and will be shown to you on the Checkout screen based on your BaG amount.

kinda expensive compared to most apps. biweekly fee of 7.99 to get a reasonable offer. The more you borrow the higher the instant transfer fee goes despite not being instant or close to it. It's cool in a pinch but don't count on getting the money before 2 business days. Even when I chose the instant option it still took me almost 1-3 business days despite paying the extra large fee for instant transfer. customer service is pretty much non-existent as they don't answer support questions.

I cannot get into my account. I had to change my number used to sign up so I don't get a verification text. I used to have the information saved to where I could use my fingerprint to sign in. After an update, all of my info was removed. I have sent several emails to support and no one has responded. Yet I keep getting charged the $7.99. Fix this.

It allows me to sign up for the premium. It also connects to my account with Plaid to add my account. Unfortunately, it gives an error when trying to connect again with Plaid, to see if I can get an advance. I'm confused as to why it has no issues until it's time for an advance. I contacted support a week ago and received a reply with instructions on adding a bank account. obviously they didn't read my email or even look at the screenshot. I replied and still have not been assisted. A week.
