Live Chat/tech support only services AT&T customers but it's a cricket app and service I supposedly for having Cricket Protect Plus. 🤔What the actual fk?? 🤯🤯🙄😒

I have trouble with wifi connection and calling. Voicemail don't work. Putting apps on my phone I don't use or the 4lines I have.. trying to get ahold of tech support and customer service support. I payed my phone bill. 9,16. I payed it today because there for I know I have it paid. Put saying I use gb 120 in 2days. My lines used 38gb it jump to 33.gb less then store back home was not even using my phone I was driven. MAKE THESE MAKE SENSE

Update: If you understand the basics of using a smartphone or know how to find information on the internet, this app is not worth it. 98% of the time, they tell you to call the carrier anyways. A representative told me the only purpose of the app is to try to keep you from needing to file a claim with troubleshooting. That's not daily device help like they advertise.
