This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a food delivery app. My order was extremely delayed, and there was absolutely no communication regarding the status. Customer support was completely useless — no response on calls or messages. This level of service is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this app to anyone.
