Pay instantly, on delivery, or later: Pay instantly using UPI. Payment can also be done at the time of delivery using cash or UPI Scan.

had there been a negative rating, I would have given that to CrisssFood. worst app, no proper communication, no updates on app if the items are not available or out of stock! pathetic service!

I’ve been using Crisfood for a year now, and here’s my experience: the platform occasionally has a few minor issues, but here’s the catch — their support team is super quick and resolves any problem within just 5 minutes! What’s even more impressive is that they operate in Mumbra, where other big players don’t even try to deliver. Hats off to the team — great job, Crisfood! 👏

Absolutely the worst service in Mumbra. Don’t even THINK about wasting your time or money here. Their service is beyond pathetic — it literally took them over an HOUR to deliver basic fast food from less than a mile away. Completely ridiculous. How can a place be THIS slow and still operate? I’m done with this nonsense. Deleting the app and never ordering again.
