Ratings and reviews

I try to edit my availability and it only works if I select unavailable or available. When I put in the times I am available, it acts like im making edits but it doesn't show anything. I hit enter and it only shows as available or not available, any day that I put in a timespan it just says that I am available all day. Very frustrating. Also, the notifications broke. Other than that I guess it lets me see my schedule the way it's supposed to.

This app crashes ALL the time when it's not getting stuck on the loading screen. The only way to fix it is to delete and re-download it entirely. It's extra frustrating because each time I do this I have to come up with a new password as it never accepts the one I know is correct. Time-off requests and availability are confusing, and allows your manager to schedule you even on your approved days off which leads to miscommunication and conflict. Bad. Buggy. Battlestar Galactica.

The app keeps freezing like many others but I found the solution. If you app is frozen on the day schedule then all you have to do is go to your phone settings and go to the crunchtime app. You will have an option to clear data and clear cache. Once you do that open the app and it will have you log into your account and you will be good to go. I know it's been annoying but I hope this helps some people
