the app works well and I have not had any issues scheduling in the many years I've used it. the app has badges to collect for different days or times through the year, which helps me to want to come in more. it tracks how much I've given, which is neat to see. also, I reference my blood type within the app sometimes.

i would rate the app itself better, but it wouldnt update and kept crashing from bugs, so i uninstalled and reinstalled it. now it won't let me login and doesn't seem to be sending the email for password reset. i will edit my review should these things change or be fixed. edit: still can't login, and still won't send the reset email. rating going from 2 stars to 1 star

it freezes up and I have to give the wrong answer and go back to fix it. Plus, I don't know if it's the same with other phones (I have a Pixel), the next and back buttons are too low so it's easy to hit the navigation buttons on my phone. Also, I wish it would autofill name and birthdate. I only use it because it's easier than doing it onsite. It definitely can stand to be improved.
