I use to love this app. It was very help and efficient for what I needed done. Now, for some reason I can't get into my account! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I still can't get in. I have called the number on the back but that's no help. So, I am reaching out to the maintenance tech department. Can something be done for this problem. Update: I contacted cumoney and my issue was resolved. They were friendly and very helpful. My account is up and running again. Thank you

I've never had a problem before with this app since I had it which has been years and now all of a sudden I can't sign in the app but for some reason I can open the internet browser and get in on there, it makes no sense. I've done the same thing over and over with uninstalling the app and installing it back. Still haven't resolved the issue and I will not call cus I'll get charged. Please fix this issue.

I have been charged $5.00 for asking for help with login problems and still no help ! I can't use the app until someone that works here fix the problem . Every time I call they charge me . Still waiting for assistance from them .This is ridiculous . No help at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled still can't login . Nothing works. Useless app. They did fix the issue with login! So I changed my rating. Thank you.
