Ratings and reviews

The search is by far the most atrocious aspect of this app (or daraz in general; its website on PC isn't any better either) - I can hardly find what I'm looking for and search results bring up loads of completely unrelated products that I have to comb through to find the ones I need. Categories aren't comprehensive - especially for tech-related products. The app is sorely lacking a dark mode. And the volume of promotional notifications it sends everyday is annoying at best.

hi im blind and use daraz with talkback, the new update has made daraz very inaccessible and it does not work with screen readers like it used to. pretty much all the elements are unlabled and in the product cataloge it used to give all the details now it just says unlabled which makes it unusable. i rely on daraz and one of the top 1 percent customers kindly fix it so it can be vsed by everyone even the blind. thank you waiting for daraz to be accessible again.

The delivery is very late. Daraz is taking more than forever to deliver the items within the country. Every time you track the package it is in a new Logistics Facility and the courier guys don't even bother delivering the products to your doorstep, they just call you to pick the items from their office. Most of the time the delivery guys don't even call you and mark the order as failed dekivery. Worst experience it was.
