Finger Vital Sign turns your phone's camera into a simple vitals scanner — no wearable, no extra hardware required.

Just cover your rear camera and flash with a fingertip. Using photoplethysmography (PPG) — the same principle behind clip-on pulse oximeters — the app detects subtle light-absorption changes from your pulse and converts them into meaningful vitals.

KEY FEATURES

- Live PPG Scan — a ~60 second capture with a live waveform, real-time signal-quality feedback, and motion-artifact detection.

- Comprehensive Vitals — heart rate, heart rate variability (SDNN, RMSSD, pNN50), respiration rate, a gamified wellness score, an experimental stress index and LF/HF ratio, and pulse-wave shape detection.

- Home Dashboard — a live finger-preview, one-tap "Measure Now," and a weekly heart-rate trend card.

- History & Trends — every past scan, filterable by time range (Today, 7/30 days, 3/6 months, 1 year), with per-vital averaged trend charts and drill-down into individual scans.

- AI Insight — get a plain-language explanation of your completed scan.

- Privacy-first — all core processing and storage happens on your device. Your scan history never leaves your phone unless you choose to use the optional AI Insight feature.
