Sure, it stores passwords. I have a business plan and cannot get quick support. Renewal reminders don't exist. The web access is going away and being replaced byan intrusive,less user friendly, more obnoxious browser option. I find that each time ther eis some sort ofupdate, the app becomes more cumbersome to use. I have been a customer for years but will be looking for an alternative.

I used to appreciate this app. I had a free plan and even paid for premium from time to time. They made it so that the free plan couldn't add more passwords after 25 were added, which sucked but I dealt with it. Now they're getting rid of the free plan altogether and want us to pay between $60-90 (sale $42-65) a year for what seems like basic use -- unlimited logins on unlimited devices. I can see paying extra for dark web monitoring & additional services, but not this much and not like this.

Update: 7/15/25 I have checked many times to ensure that both dashlane and chrome are up to date and they are. I've rebooted my phone many times. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I still have the same issue. I have used dashlane for at least 5 years and I have loved it. However, the last few months the autofill almost never works on Chrome on my android phone. I installed an update last week and it started working, but now today it's not working again. Please fix this!
