Impossible to make this run on my new Android phone. It keeps bugging out and so does the Authenticator App too. I cant even go online and do anything because the Secure Authenticator won't run until I disable the developer options on my phone? The developer options are already disabled. I'm completely stuck now and from other reviews I've seen I've not got any hope of getting this resolved on the phone.

The app on my Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra phone doesn't look as expected. The Ul is divided to 3 columns with the menu on left corner and sometimes the texts are overlapping their location marking difficult to read and imposible to use. Also, as a more general comment, it is unacceptable that search tools are limited to 3 months and cannot go beyond 1 year. Any other bank allows both things (even searches with any word, without specifying the field). There is a huge margin of improvement. Thanks.

Absolutely terrible, clunky pile of rubbish. It's the worst banking application I've ever used. Really, somebody needs firing for approving to roll this out to the public. It needs totally scrapping and starting again, as it's not the slightest bit user friendly. Navigating it to find what you want is an absolute nightmare and it doesn't talk to the DB secure application despite deleting both and reinstalling. Not that any other bank needs 2 applications. Basically it's totally pants, avoid it.
