Access to the bank account and usage of debit card and transfers is now very difficult with the new DB Secure Authenticator app. If you change phones it's almost impossible to get it configured in a new phone. Customer service is either unavailable or unable to help. I live abroad and can't go to a DB office in person. This means DB has effectively cut access to my own accounts. Will have to move all my accounts to an online bank that actually knows how to handle mobile apps and security.

Has improved with recent updates, but still sometimes spontaneously decides to stop working. Logging in is a nuisance, and fails quite frequently. Deleting app cache does solve some issues sometimes. Past midnight it doesn't work at all for some inexplicable reason. Using the app itself is a bit cumbersome and not that intuitive. Needing two apps to do one thing is also unnecessary and time-consuming. Sure is getting better but has a far way to go to compete with other banking apps out there.

The app on my Nokia 3.1 phone doesn't look as expected. The UI is divided to 3 columns with the menu on left corner and sometimes the texts are overlapping their location marking difficult to read. I need to know if there is something to change so I can see it as was designed for mobile devices? Basically I think that the responsiveness should be improved..
