Useless app. Says it's not present in my city whereas there number of branches within reach! Confirmed over call with my area pin about account opening before downloading the app. but to different reality! Called customer care 5 times today, either their no. disconnect in between the call or before reaching agent! Finally getting rid of them by uninstalling! And on top they keep notifying through calls, emails and whatsapp you to complete VKYC ! Totally Disgusting! Reaffirmed dumb app!

not at all user friendly app froze my account for any stupid reason and demanding all the documents which does not needed for the functional work of the bank my money is stuck them for past 3 months no one is there to listen to you no support form the bank itself worst bank to come in contact with

They claim to be the 'safest bank'—yeah, so safe that even I can’t access my own money. They froze my account without any explanation and started asking for unnecessary documents. I was using this account for all my daily payments and now I'm stuck with no help or proper response. This is a complete mess. This is how you treat your customers? Absolutely unacceptable.
