Using since January 2016. So many improvements since then. Now, I even have UPI. Using this as primary account because of flexibility. But please make the app smoother. It has several bugs. Still, 5 star for the facilities!
I am not able to activeate my debit card only. I think in new upsation i will do. Since its not working.. customer care also not responding properly.. they are not picking the call only. I can enter my cvv.. but i am not able to save my pin.
I don't know what to say.The app looks good but the UI is definitely not smooth. Very laggy and I really want to suggest that, hire some good developers. I was one of the first user this app and since then I find very little improvement. I conclude there is a very huge scope of improvement in the app UI and performance. Lastly I don't see any reward points on debit cards and also no credit card has come into play.
I am using this service from last 10days. But between this 10days I have to reinstall this app nearly 10times. Because after using for sometime it is not connecting properly. It says technical issue or connectivity issue. But my Vodafone 3G network is full and still working. When I reinstall it then the app again connect to the server. Please solve this issue.. Other wise it is very annoying.
update: on nougat device or stock phones from smartron srt , it is saying quitting due to library tampering. their app is useless and so are security checks. why don't you guys create a simple browsing app with https connection and no storage. just like Citi old apps. waste a lot of time and cannot use my account. ----- no way to contact support live agent. forced to get new card. customer care useless and ask to go to virtual assistant
I thought so good about DBS ...but it's not really expected from so called "Asia's secure bank" it's been more than 6 months I opened digibank and also given my details to open digisavings account but there is no option for Hyderabad people to open it, as you don't serve India's best metro city which is ranked no.1 for the 3rd consecutive year. I pity you guys for not banking in a efficient way. I waited that you will open a branch one day but I didn't realize until now that you don't have proper plan in place! Finally closed and delete this useless app ! Goodbye
