Not accurate database. When I scan a bar code, I see a score. When I upload the photo with the ingredients, the score changes dramatically, sometimes to worst score, sometimes to better score. I paid 25.99 for what!!! If I have to update or enrich your database, you should have paid me.

Hi Panteleimon, We have 4.4M food and 400,000 cosmetic products with ingredients, nutrition data and additives and we are doing our best to keep up. You need to update products if there is a mismatch between the app and the product.Food companies are constantly changing their nutri values and that is why we have an option for users to update them.

I have noticed some products that are listed twice or more with slightly different titles but same ingredients have different scores, which makes me wondering how accurate these readings truly are.

Hi Evie, If the score is different means the ingredients are different as well. Sometimes products might be 40ml, 50m and have different ingredients. We are also getting products added by users, and sometimes the images might be blurry and thus making it difficult to read the ingredients. If you have any concerns mail to hi@greenpointapp.co

The app is very helpful but is unacceptable while having an annual subscription active the app redirects to make a new subscription every time I try to search for a product. The scanning is not affected by this glitch. Problem resolved. The app works perfectly now.
