Please make it easier to cancel the subscription... It's frustrating to wait another month to delete the accound and not receiving any reply from your staff. *Update: The subscription has been canceled and a refund was initiated after I contacted support. I am still waiting for the refund to be processed. The cancellation process should be clearer(and available through the app) to avoid this situation. I have received the refund.

So i downloaded the app as i got excited from what it said it does and it worked well but i scanned an energy drink and it said it had zero of all nutrients and clearly the bottle Said otherwise, following i scanned a juice box and it got it completely wrong saying it had 9g of protein while the box said 0.5( wich makes much more sense). i hope they fix it soon so i can use it again.
