Ratings and reviews

The website is very slow and pushes me to install a useless app. It doesn’t open in mobile browsers. It tries to connect to my wallets, even though I only want to view wallet balances in read-only mode. The app throws an error and does nothing useful: An error occurred when attempting to switch chain. Details: Chain not configured. Verify your address by signing a Version: @wagmi/core@2.16.3 Version: viem@2.22.11

I used DeBank a lot, now I simply can't connect the app to my browser wallet. The instruction reads one should scan the QR code behind "the orange phone icon on the up right corner of debankDOTcom web page", however, there is no longer such an icon to be found. This way the app is absolutely useless.

Deposited some USDT in Rabby wallet Gas Account just for checking, when withdrawn rabby sent it to debank L2 wallet, which are shown in debank app, but there is no transfer option available, I can't see any of their support handle, not even on their website. My usdt are stuck and I find nowhere to contact team/support. At least show some support button on website.
