awarded base points but never get a coupon. entered into so many drawings, no payout there either. difficult to see entries,past points, tickets, drawings. no description of bundle drawings. frequent error pages. would just like a table layout of tickets, points, rewarded points, instant games, etc. good for scanning tickets to find out if they're a winner but tedious to then enter into players club one by one. just wish rewards/ payouts were better.

Been using this app for a long time and have loved it! We only have 2 issues as of lately, 1- (and I've read other reviews that are stating this)- seeing only the same names reoccurring monthly on the monthly winners list. 2- the "scan tickets" button has not been working for about a month now, that was a feature THAT WAS MY FAVORITE as we load the maximum amount of points allowable WEEKLY....yes WEEKLY....AND STILL HAVENT WON A MONTHLY PRIZE YET.? Always says call this number for assistance??

It's very difficult. Registration is complicated. Currently, the app doesn't show whether a ticket has won or not when scanning.
