Ratings and reviews

Very convenient in the obvious ways, but so glitchy in others, I'm not sure if the convenience is worth the stress. ex: my flight got delayed, missed my connection . App says "we've automatically booked you on the next flight- click to accept" I clicked and it was a completely different date/flight/route. Then it decided it was a day later than it was, preventing useful searches. It was resolved on ground, but still added a ton of unnecessary stress.

App frequently will not let me log in with no explanation. Then sends an email with a notification and asks if the notification was useful. When I click on the link to let them know it was not useful, the link doesn't work. Garbage. I'm literally in the airport, my flight has been delayed, the gate has changed the Info on the airport board hasn't been updated and I can't get info from the app because it won't let me log in.

Never ever updates to show delays. I can be sitting at the airport, an hour delayed, while the app cheerfully declares that the flight is on time, an hour ago. Also, the bag tracking only works when everything goes right. It always just shows an error message when a bag goes missing and you actually need to track it down. Not to mention the way it constantly logs me out at critical moments- I would never ever trust it to have my boarding pass.
