Crashes constantly, hostile to foreigners Not only does this app crash constantly but good luck using a foreign (in our case American) credit card. After a MasterCard and 3 Visas we finally got one to work (cc company confirmed there were no attempts to charge the card).
Horribly horrible app Does not give me option to buy ticket to final destination (within Hamburg). Had to find out manually what last supported stop was. Otherwise no buying option at all. Did not help in the end. "booking not possible" error message with no further explanation. Wanted to check if there is a problem with my credit card, but there is no way to change your credit card information in the app. Thanks, Germany's biggest railroad company obviously did not arrive in the 21st century yet. :-/ you suck. Big times.
Crashes too often especially on startup. In-app feedback is broken (opens general help page, no feedback form provided). Otherwise useful. You want this app if you use public transport in Germany.
Flawed The app is useful but with flaws: It is not possible to book a ticket using BahnCard bonus points, which also is not possible from the mobile website. So I need a PC just for this. The process to get a trip into the calendar is also not very comfortable. The option is only visible from some of the views on the trip and an automatism is not there. I dont want to do this manually everytime. It also would be nice to be able to load an onlie ticket. There is no point in preventing this.
Fix it please I think you need to change your development team because it constantly crashes, gone backwards in terms of innovation and always gives H890 error for the past 3 weeks. I updated it but still no change... Otherwise nice app. Please work on it sooner because i know a lot of people usually depend on it....
The most horrific UX to date This should be an example of bad and inconsistent UX. Hire an expert or send your interns to some courses... Who decided on the current back button behavior should be pushed back to the dark management corners since I can't believe any engineer would come up with such idiocracy. Design is nice and simple, some icons are not obvious but that's fine, but that UX...
Before, travellers were required to select a preferred form of ID to use on the train before they could complete the booking process.We have now eliminated this step.
