It does function most of the time although it needs a pretty long time to list up all of the saved tickets and trips. But what irritates me most is that you normally see the time left until you have to change. But when there was a platform change, even if it's in the past, it only informs you about the change and you can't see the time left anymore.

Frustrating! I own a BahnCard unfortunately I was not able to use it (very frustrated!!!11). Find out that the app don't see that you own a BahnCard! You have to manually mention it and that you want to use it! The App is so bad designed that you need literally search and pay attention where you should mention that damncard! Bought the tickets at the regular price without the possibility to cancel, return or modify them. A very sore experience.

A lot of great stuff! Built in tickets and it's excellent at finding a route. The let down is the mediocre UX. The worst offender is a lack of indication for suggested routes that aren't valid with a Deutschland Karte, I nearly got fined because I followed a train suggestion. When purchasing a ticket, it keeps resetting inputs when switching app to copy paste card details. Lastly searching for routes doesn't have an option always start at my current location and time.
