Ratings and reviews

Traveled 2 weeks in Germany using this app, and it worked great! Ticket is easy to share when purchasing for multiple people in your party, adding and using stored payment method, figuring out time lines, etc. Updates sent to email which is handy when there are changes to track numbers or times. Must have for stress-less travel.

Looks clean and simple, but using the mobile app is a headache. Please make that you can login to your account without going to an external browser. The login is buggy and simply does not work, completely unrelated to login info. I have exactly the correct information, it is only when I enter the information that when i press login/register it fails.

DB as usual is delayed and connections in jeopardy. In a convenient twist your connection will also be horrendously late. The app is ok, but struggles if you don't let it coerce you into making another account for yet another app. The app should not try to schedule tight connections but rather give you an hour at each transfer. Really do need to destroy the car lobby.
