Dexcom Clarity is an important part of your Dexcom CGM system. It can help you identify glucose patterns and, with your healthcare professional, determine the potential causes of those patterns.

Dexcom Clarity users experience up to 15% increased time in range (70-180mg/dL) as compared to non-users.*

Log in with your Dexcom account to:
• Keep tabs on your time in range, patterns and other key metrics.
• Allow clinics to access to your data and reports to make appointments more efficient.
• Set Time in Range goals.
• Turn on daily or weekly notifications and emails.
• View, save, print, and email all reports.
• Connect to partner apps for more features and benefits.

Won't connect to phone. Phone says it can see the sensor but says need an app to use. Had app installed when inserted sensor. Go to app, no sensor. Can't get sponsor to connect. 8nstructions that came with sensor DO NOT SHOW HOW TO GET SENSOR TO CONNECT. Goes straight from where and how to attach it to your arm to how to set up reports. BUT NOTHING ABOUT HOW TO GET IT TO CONNECT. Good thing my doctor had a sample. I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR THIS. These CGMs are a complete scam.

If you don't sign in to the app every day. Your password won't work. You have to change your password. Then you won't be able to log in to your dexcom G6 app because they share the same password. Clarity will let you save the password. But it will still say its wrong. Everything else is great about it. As long as you can log in to the POS.

Everytime I try to log in is a major hassle! I know my username I know my password and it won't let me in. It will never allow me to log in with my email or phone number. I then mark to change my password and go through that process. It asks for current password and it works in the field to change it from. The company is awful and won't contact you when you have issues. You need to contact them and then they give you the run around. You never actually talk to anyone.
