Ratings and reviews

Overall it works well. Some problems: doesn't follow the system autorotate setting (I have it set to off and the app still switches to landscape mode at odd times), only shows at most 24 hours of data, and it nags about logging into my dexcom account every time I look at the app (which I cannot do as I forgot my password and despite repeated requests for a reset via their website, i have yet to have that happen).

LOVE not having to hold my phone or a transmitter to my arm, in order to see my readings. Being able to sync to my FitBit watch is beyond convenient, as well. Only wish it would stop erroring out (saying no signal and showing no data), then wants me to put in a new sensor, DAYS before it was supposed to expire. Phone never leaves my side, except to charge, and even then not more than the 15 or 20 ft it suggests. Please FIX this! Other than that, GREAT product.

The product is great. The app sucks. It's crashed about 5x in the 6 months I've had it. I've lost 3 sensors because of it. Just changing my password took me nearly 30 minutes because it wouldn't load. It didn't recognize my ph # or my email at first. Rebooted my phone and then tried again. Still didn't know my ph, but it took my email. I was able to change it. Hope it doesn't crash again. I hate the tutorials every single damn time.
