I used to have an account but now when I try to log in, it tells me the account is frozen due to security risk. I can't unfreeze it because the only verification is a voice code that doesn't support oversea phone numbers. So basically can't log in unless you have a Chinese cell number, and you can't browse much without logging in, so... useless.

Tried to register a new account but was unsuccessful. Unable to receive OTP, the reason displayed was "unusual attempt" and it suggested me to use my usual device to try again, but it was the first time using this app. Tried to ask the online bot but it was completely useless. In other words, unable to open an account, no help was offered, and the problem was never solved.

It used to work well and was very useful in finding places and good deals. But on my last trip it started giving problems and now it keeps claiming that there's an internet issue even though all other China apps work fine like Alipay and WeChat. I've reinstalled it but the issue persists
