This app has become frustrating and useless. Before, at the very least I was able to purchase phone cards and data plans. Now, not only has the user interface become less user friendly, meaning more stressful to navigate. But also I can't do anything with the app other than add accounts. When I try to click on the accounts nothing happens. I can't go into them, at most I can edit the account information. I am beyond frustrated, and I don't know why you decided to change the UI/UX.

Useless app. Why isn’t there the option to choose the amount of top up I actually. Instead I have to be buying in two or three transactions to get close to my sum. Now I do and one transaction is pending while my card is being charged and no option to cancel pending. The app is backward thinking and is very much irritating. Foolishness

terrible. the app dont let you sign in properly even when using the code it sends to your email , it closes the log in and says "unexpected character" . it also doesnt send a verification code to your phone number .. idk if all of this is just a problem with samsung/android phones.. but I have not been able to sign into the app or website not even once... and its been 4 days back to back. got my wifi set up a while ago yet I cant even edit anything ...
