Could not get in with app, so called bank, got temporary password, attempted to change password and button to change did not color-stayed Grey and did not function at all. Have updated the app and that did not do anything.New passwords matched, but everything was stuck at that juncture and stayed stuck. There was no progress.

The new redesign is amazing where it feels modern instead of an app made in the early 2000s plus the features are very straightforward. I can see information clearly while being able to organize my accounts. The only thing preventing me from giving a full 5 stars is the $1 Zelle fee but at the end of the day, it's not a huge deal but it is a gripe that keeps it from being perfect.

I like the app. I feel secure and I can get what I want done. I have the texting with the bank too. I used to be able to get my balance with my account that way, which was easy. But for the past 2 years it doesn't give me a real time balance. Texting is off. So I've been having to use the app more and more. These guys have made my banking a bit easier rather than going in person. Thank you!
