Subscribed to premium for 6 months, but I can't use it. I can't click anything in the app. I am stuck at the knowledge test step, that I cannot start. Reached out the support via email three times, but I got no reply at all! Bad experience

Worst app, does not work. Unable to follow instructions to get started as the options are not avaliable. Supposed to watch a video and do an assessment, but nowhere can the assessment be accessed.

I haven't even subscribed to this app and I don't know how they are charging money from my account. their support system also doesn't work I tried sending them emails, but they're not receiving any. I want a complete refund of my 2 months charges. I haven't used the app at all. their subscription doesn't even show on Google play. I don't know what kind of fake scam this is. I want all my money to be refunded as soon as possible.
