have bad experience for booking. despite booking by paying some amount, the restaurant confirmed there was no booking on their end. after reporting concern to support, I was told that the restaurant cancelled it. however when I enquired the same with restaurant, they showed me list of cancelled, where my name was not there. not sure it was technical glitch but better to improve.

I had seen the ad so I have booked the table restaurant denied that they don't accept dine out bookings and dine out cash. I have reached to helpline also but they are not helpful my issue was not resolved yet. so deleting this application as resturant had given they direct walkin offers.

for some reason cashbacks are given in wallet instead of discounts( with expiry of only 15 days). I had 490rs in my cashback wallet but only 40rs could be used at a time. this is cheating. for using your 490rs wallet shall I go to restaurant 10 times in 15days. why can't I use complete amount of 490rs. don't fool your customers
