The app isn't well working, it's really slow and after payment using the app , the device doesn't unlock automatically which is stressful, users are being forced to buy data for their phones to unlock which is not right. my proposal is that you make the app operate in offline mode even when users have no data , and unlocking phones should be operating in offline mode to , it should not be a must for users to have data to unlock their phones. just look at watu credit app it's better than yours.

the problem with dlight is that there is a constant notification that says click on apps and choose dlight to make payment. I'm already paying twice the price and I keep wondering if it is a must for everyone to know that I'm using a loan phone. This notification is so annoying.

The worst solar company in Nigeria i have patronised. First company customer service and support is extremely bad. They're response is poor, and if they managed to respond they show less concerned. I bought a product with from Dlight through easybuy, my inverter developed an issue of which they fixed it under warranty, then it developed the same issue with warranty still active yet they're refusing to fix it. I'm not even done with the payment. I'm just frustrated right now. Don't buy this!!
