the worst app ever sometimes they lock your device just because you are in a place with no wifi even after you have made payments and when you call them all they tell you is get to a place with wifi very annoying and inconveniencing plus let's not talk of how overpriced their devices are and the customer care that doesn't care at all😭😭😭😭

Your agent has been saying you guys network ain't good (for days now) to create my account for me ... That I have to be sending the money to her so that she can pay for me .... But I believe I should be able to make payments myself on the app...coz I don't get you guys ooo

am finding it hard to cope up with using the phone which is being switched off any howly yet always overpay it. is it a must I be online for me to use the fone? what if am not in a position to find data for being online always coz it's the reason u keep on switching off?
