Following are the key features supported by the app:

· Pay tickets by credit or debit card or through your bank account (eCheck). No Fee applies when paid using eCheck.
· Dispute a ticket immediately using your device’s camera to upload evidence.
· Search ticket(s) using violation or license plate numbers.
· Save tickets you have previously searched for.
· Save license plates and billing information on your device.
· View payment history by ticket or license plate numbers.
· View dispute history by ticket or license plate numbers.
· Receive receipts by email and/or text.

Simple to use to dispute a parking ticket that was not valid. Easy to upload photo evidence and explain your case EDIT 10/2024 just got my first ticket in a long time. Tried to use the app to pay, but it doesn't let you get past the Payment page. It gives 4 options to pay, eCheck, Credit/Debit card, PayPal or Venmo. I have tried ALL 4 methods, but they all go to a Billing Information page where you enter your name, address, phone, etc... but it gets stuck there. No button to continue.

Developers have done a great job with this app. Great fast experience but the word "dispute" should be replaced with "waste time and pay more" as it doesn't work. No image available and no backup of the ticket is provided from the ( anonymous ) one that calls the decision gillty or not when trying the dispute. I wish everything else was this fast and easy as the money collection is. I still love NYC and hope for better judgments in the future.

Tickets don't show up before the 30-day mark, and you are left to pay an increased amount. If you have the physical ticket, it's not a problem as you can scan it. They also charge a service fee for who knows what. Other than that, it's easy to dispute and pay using the app. Would be nice if you could save your vehicle and have a notification if said vehicle had a ticket and/or the ticket was close to past due date before they increase the amount.
