Tickets don't show up before the 30-day mark, and you are left to pay an increased amount. If you have the physical ticket, it's not a problem as you can scan it. They also charge a service fee for who knows what. Other than that, it's easy to dispute and pay using the app. Would be nice if you could save your vehicle and have a notification if said vehicle had a ticket and/or the ticket was close to past due date before they increase the amount.

I entered my payment but didn't get a confirmation of the transaction. I just kept getting looped back to my transaction of the ticket amount and my information after I entered my credit card information. This happened three times. Then I checked my Citibank account and discovered I had been charged THREE TIMES. Also, they charge for all credit/debit cards. I would have preferred the echeck (whatever that is) which is free, but I was still routed in circles. This app blows chunks. Poor design!

Horrible, the only fee free way to pay is so poorly designed that it's basically impossible to use. If you try and enter your checking account number, it won't let you see what you entered, and if you leave the window (for example to switch to another window where you are reading the number from, it deleted everything you entered. Seems like they make it extra hard to pay the fee free way.
