logged in to sign up for the benefits but when i click the enrollment button it takes me to a page that wont let me scroll down at all even tho there is more info on the page or really do anything else a useless app

easy to use. having to delete an old application is kinda annoying, because I didn't know I had to until I finished my new app and had to restart the new one.

I have not seen much use for this though have tried. Perhaps the full benefits of this app are reserved for those who work full time, not part time? That's the only impression I've gotten.
