I passed the background check and cannot get past the location screen when getting set up in this app. It's a dead end of going back and forth to the previous screen, but I cannot get past that point. I tried everything I can for all the suggestions their support had. I even got a brand new phone. I see I'm not the only one based on other reviews. Door dash - Fix the bugs in your dasher app so that people can work for you.

Great source of revenue when it works, but in its current state, it has become super buggy and desperately needs to be fixed! I keep missing orders from not being notified of them on time, I keep getting frozen in place on certain screens, and very often I have to either uninstall and reinstall the app or restart my phone. I would love this app if it would just function the way it's supposed to, because when it works, it's wonderful. Seriously, I hope this gets fixed soon.

This app is complete trash. From top to bottom. Features don't work, like the notification bell 🔔, you click on it and it shows NOTHING at all even you get a pop up saying you have a notification. This app crashes constantly, especially in the middle of a delivery. There is so much more but it ain't worth the trouble pointing them out. Fix your god damn app.
