LOVE the modular format. I'm very excited to continue using this. I can tell that it's gonna be good at targeting the muscle groups I'm looking for, and the workout was actually challenging! Also, this is going to save me so much time that would've been spent scrolling for the perfect Barre workout on YouTube.

This app provides a challenging workout that after a few weeks of using it for 30m a day I'm beginning to see results. I do wish it was more like their yoga app in that it was more customizable and provided beginner-advanced options and offered focus options. My only true complaint with this app is that there are NO transions between the poses...the girl is just magically in the next pose leaving you scrambling to catch up. Also, the voice instructor doesn't align with the girl sometimes.

This app is great! Especially for a beginner like me, you can choose everything from how long to have a session to how long to do each exercise. I started with 3 minutes and hold each for 14 seconds. Using those to start out, I wasn't overwhelmed and I never felt disappointed in myself. It was tough enough that I walked away feeling proud, but not so hard that at the end of 3 minutes I was dying. Good luck!!!
