I have used this app for some time now. I once had an issue awhile back where it would not allow me to purchase a ticket, saying a location problem, though my location setting was set on precise. This lasted a few days but eventually started working again. Well that probably just recently returned, This issue is super annoying. And no I haven't changed settings in my phone. All I can do now is rate a one star. This is a major issue, if I can't buy a ticket then the whole site is useless to me.

Great when it works. Often, the screen will say that i can't use it in my state (CO)...so I have to keep pressing "all states" over and over .....and over and over until it works. A little annoying. Most annoying? When the app glitches after I've done my quick picks. Sometimes it will make me sign in again for whatever reason right after I get those numbers - numbers i like and want to play- before check out. So I sign in.....and then I lose the numbers I was going to play. Fate? Probably not.

At first, when I downloaded the app. It worked great. I had no issues at all. But now I have been having the same issue. As many other's are having. Which is the app keeps telling me. That VPN, or proxy detected. It'll work for a minute. Then the next, it won't. I have reached out to support. And they are absolutely no help. What they advise you to do. DOES NOT HELP AT ALL!!! It does not correct. Or solve the revolving problem. That soo many other's are having.
