It's been quite good but my problem is that, anytime i make payments, it doesn't reflect, until I call up my country office. Secondly, putting up the list of channels for each package will be more suitable for users to choose from. Thirdly, the subscription Packages are High, I suggest the free to air channels in the country should be air free to watch, even after subscription is overdue. Working on these 3, will have my 5 stars.

Every time I try to renew it keeps giving this error message and logs me off even after updating the app. I used to love the app as it was easy to use but it has gone from bad to worse. Multichoice should fix this. It's really frustrating.

What is wrong with MyGOtv, initially I applauded this app for the flexibility of making payment, I have been trying for days to make payment, still not successful, the app will open and immediately you click to make payment, it will immediately back off. So annoying, it seems the increase in tariff rather than improve efficiency degenerated service delivery. Toooooo baaaaaad !!!!!! You have to seat up.
