I tried to pay with 2 different cards and both cards shows they are from a foreign country, when both of them are from uae banks. I contact customer service, it's been 2 weeks and I keep receiving the same message, that they are working on it, I tried to pay by tabby, also with issues showing error. I write again to customer service to ask to oay cod but at least remove the charge because it's not like I want to buy by cash, is that the app is not accepting any type of payment, they ignore it.

Dont buy in the Dubai Store app. it's all duplicate products, i have ordered JBL earbuds, and it's not working. it looks like fake copy, i sent a return request for 1 month, but until now, nothing has happened. Please dont buy any products from in this store. After one month, the item was collected now, no money, and no item. My money gone.... haram..
