So the app will no longer work. I read many of the reviews and I'm having the same issues. I uninstalled the app. shut down my phone. restarted my phone. installed the app and the same problem. I press on the icon and the logo comes up for a few seconds. then the screen goes white and just sits there. huge fail as this is always the way I paid my bill.

Tried to fix something that wasn't broken to begin with. Cant get past that stupid "verifying" screen when I just want to log in and pay my bill. The old website, I had no problems with. Now, its a damn nightmare. please don't let IT workers switch to work on the power lines.... 🙄 Edit: Upped to to 2 stars. Was finally able to get in after going around the app, going into incognito mode in the web browser, and trying that way. Then and only then, would the "verifying" loop say Success.. SMDH

Can't login. Have the same problem with their website. Think they would have fixed the problem already. This issue have been going on for well over a year. App is great when you get logged in your account. The app is worthless when you can't. From reading other reviews I'm not the only one with the issue. I have reported this issue a few times with no fix yet. Good thing the lineman don't fix the power lines like the IT guys fix the log on issue. We all wouldn't have any power.
