Tried to use the app to pay my bill and it said something went wrong your payment was not successful. Refreshed checked all my payment info, re-entered my payment and something went wrong again payment was not successful. So I go to the website and it says I have a zero balance. My bill was paid! I may have paid it twice and I won't know for 3 days cause its ACH. Grrr. Discontinue this app or fix it!

Can't login. Have the same problem with their website. Think they would have fixed the problem already. This issue have been going on for well over a year. App is great when you get logged in your account. The app is worthless when you can't. From reading other reviews I'm not the only one with the issue. I have reported this issue a few times with no fix yet. Good thing the lineman don't fix the power lines like the IT guys fix the log on issue. We all wouldn't have any power.

Janky app. Was working great a couple of months ago. Before the update, the dollar amount would auto-populate. Now it doesn't and when you put in the dollar amount, something hanky happens. The dollar amount changes to a different number. It over charges the amount you enter. So now I have to call and speak to a live person due to a shytty app.
