• Customer service. Contact our customer support if you ever have questions about your service or your energy bill.

Ratings and reviews

As of lately .. This app is not even allowing me to go in after trying to sign in. It just goes back to sign in, so it never goes through. This is frustrating. I am just trying to find out how much the bill is. So that I can pay for it. You all need to step up and get this right? Leave things alone that are not broken. Because now nobody can get into their accounts and it's ridiculous.

Functional, part of the time. I didn't change phones. I didn't use a laptop instead of my phone. I have used biometrics for multiple other apps and had no issues FOR YEARS. I find it horribly inconvenient to set up a biometric login... to then have this feature get *turned back off* with (what seems like) each and every update. Can you figure this out & solve please? It is clear that other companies, larger and smaller, have done so...

Can't login. Have the same problem with their website. Think they would have fixed the problem already. This issue have been going on for well over a year. App is great when you get logged in your account. The app is worthless when you can't. From reading other reviews I'm not the only one with the issue. I have reported this issue a few times with no fix yet. Good thing the lineman don't fix the power lines like the IT guys fix the log on issue. We all wouldn't have any power.
