Overall, a very good app. I do wish that there was a comment section for accommodations that are not listed. It sometimes logs you out or doesn't load properly at first. It also does not update your pickup locations out of stocks, so you could pay for something and then get there and they don't have it. When it works properly however, it definitely saves you a lot of time!

I just installed & Uninstalled with my 1st use. I placed an order, went to pick it up when it said "Your order is ready for pick up", my card was charged. I show up at the drive thru & they say we don't have that available. I asked how do I get my refund? The girl says "I can't refund you, check the app." Useless! My experience with other apps has always been that if the item is not available at the location I'm ordering from it would be labeled "Item Unavailable" or simple crossed off.

Every time I try to order in app it shows an error reading my card, when I try adding a new card it tells me there's a network error. I've missed out on several "order ahead" deals because this app won't let me add or use any cards! This has been going on for at least 4 months now. I might give up on Dunkin' if I keep missing out. (I have uninstalled and installed several times in hopes of fixing issue.)
