It's just plain awful! The collectors are great, and I never had an issue with them, but their support side is a joke. I wasted 2 hours attempting to schedule an extra pickup just to give up in the end. No option on their website or app, and they were unable to help through chat and told me to call just to be looped around in a circle. It's like you're being punished for requesting services!

It was a little bit of a hassle to make payments online through the app, Because of their $1.99 convenience fee. who is this convenient for? not me. Anyways, so if you delete your previous saved cards in payment method section, when you go to pay the current invoice, you will finally see the option to have it done through your bank account. Rather than making it simple to find, you have to go through 9 hoops just to get the bank option to appear... make this less complicated for users please.

The app doesn't tell you the due date for the bill and often won't even have what you owe posted until right before the bill is due. Everytime I log on to use the app I find myself frustrated with it. I find other utility apps much easier to use and this company seems pretty adamant about directing you to the app for all inquiries and account management.
