About this app

The My WM mobile app makes it easy to manage accounts on the go. Getting started is easy and you can log in with your wm.com email and password. If you haven’t signed-up for a My WM online account yet you can complete first-time registration through the app. The My WM app allows you to:

Manage Payments

• Pay your bill
• Enroll in autopay or paperless billing
• View payment history
• Cancel scheduled payments

Keep Track of Pickups

• View pickup schedule
• Report a missed pickup
• Request an extra pickup
• View estimated pickup time
• View holiday schedule and weather alerts

Manage Your Service Account

• Manage/link multiple accounts
• Add/view payment methods
• Contact customer support
• Request a container repair

Edit your My WM Profile

• Edit profile settings
• Update your communication preferences
• Provide feedback
• See alerts for Reschedules, Service Delays & General Info

For Roll-Off Customers Only

• Request a roll-off pickup
• View roll-off history
• Copy/resubmit pickup requests
• Request a removal or relocation
• View roll-off history
• Edit or cancel a roll-off request

Even though I will continue to use the trash pickup service, I cannot in all honesty say I'm happy with it. My pick up days have been changed twice, with no notice. Which caused me to miss the pickup. My bill does not contain a complete breakdown. I can't go on the online site and view my entire account. Only what's due. And I'm being billed in between my quarterly billing cycle and have no idea what it's for. Trying to reach customer service is akin to pulling teeth with tweezers.

It's just plain awful! The collectors are great, and I never had an issue with them, but their support side is a joke. I wasted 2 hours attempting to schedule an extra pickup just to give up in the end. No option on their website or app, and they were unable to help through chat and told me to call just to be looped around in a circle. It's like you're being punished for requesting services!

I have tried for more than a week and a half to log on to my WM account whether it's on the regular web for the app and it has not worked. I had to log on as a guest to make my regular payment. it would be nice if the app wasn't going to work if notification would be sent out by email rather than we sit here night after night trying thinking it's me! we pay enough money monthly such is 250 + for a small trash can. they should have enough money to make apps work!
