After registration, bank connection and a $14.01 advance ($30 advance less $15.99 subscription fee), I paid the $30 back a week early. Since then, I have not been offered a new advanced because the app cannot verify my identity. I contacted support, they responded quickly so I thought the issue should be taken care soon. It has now been over a week & even though they respond to every email, the only answer I get is that they are working on my issue. Paid $15.99 for an app they can't fix.

Run away from this app. They give the option to do allotment out of your paycheck. This app has major bugs. I can't get an advance right now. Just paid my $15 subscription, and also can't cancel my allotment fast enough, so they are taking money from my check even tho the app is screwed up right now. customer service is a joke. don't waste your time.

*Day 5- still no resolution ZERO customer service! Have called and emailed for 3 days now without a response! Downloaded the app, entered my info, and connected my bank with no problem. I was approved for $30. When I pressed confirm on the "confirm your subscription" page, an error message popped up saying, "Something went wrong. Please try again later." I would just delete and forget the app, but guess what- they had no problem taking the $15.99 subscription fee from my account!
