*Day 5- still no resolution ZERO customer service! Have called and emailed for 3 days now without a response! Downloaded the app, entered my info, and connected my bank with no problem. I was approved for $30. When I pressed confirm on the "confirm your subscription" page, an error message popped up saying, "Something went wrong. Please try again later." I would just delete and forget the app, but guess what- they had no problem taking the $15.99 subscription fee from my account!

They want a 16.00 subscription fee to get instant delivery to your bank account which I read they take out of your advance. They offered me $30.00. If you include the 15.99 I'm only getting about $14.00. I tried to opt for the free option,but again I can't link my debit card. Keeps freezing. Emailed customer support and no reply yet. The app is trash. I can't even link my debit card.

They added an account number to my work direct deposit but it doesn't match with the account number they gave me and I have been going back and forth trying to get this resolved for days. I will be paying this advance off and closing the account. This is absolutely ridiculous
