I wish I could be given the option to pay my bill early. Anytime, I've tried I get bots who only know how to say the same routine BS...😫... If I try the text message route, I get told they can only take advanced payments in a maximum of $50... It's BS! ... I want to pay the full amount NOW, so I don't have to stress about having the money to pay, while also trying to buy other household stuff. Call me crazy but I like to be able to pay my bills straight out...

I thought ATT customer service was bad. id rather stay with ATT any day over this company. Haven't been even installed yet but changed my mind and trying to cancel. Been dropped called and hung up on 3 times so far. and only way to cancel is over the phone. oh and the app definitely sucks to. I highly, highly dont recommend this company. Still on hold after 3 hrs of trying to get in contact. Will be blasting about them on social and BBB.

I had my earthlink for over a year my router won't get signal I called earthlink they said that the router was working said a tower was down it's been a month now and still no internet connection the agent ask me if I wanted to cancel or wait until I get signal again they wasn't much help but I think the router's not working. I guess I'm going to cancel my service with earthlink.
