As hard as it may be to believe, this app is even worse than the one it replaced. Doesn't recognize your email despite several attempts. After multiple tries it finally recognized the email but no longer recognizes the password even though I can get in using a browser. More than useless.

This app does not work at all. When I try to log in on my phone, it keeps telling me and reverting me back to the log-in page, but never let's me log in. This is terrible, it needs to be fixed.

I have had earthlink since 2003. All with no problems until this past year. Now I can't get a live customer service or even a chat to understand what my problem is. What is this Legacy app I'm supposed to download? I've been trying for two weeks. Terrible customer service now. The attitude of the chat rep, "you haven't said anything. I'm going to close the conversation. " Well, I'm trying to find the information you requested. Give me a minute. I give it 1 rating after all the 21 years of ser
