Ratings and reviews

This app does not work properly, it is really buggy. You can't do much but pay your bill. Once you do it closes out and you have to sign back in to ensure it went through. Please fix. Update 4/19/26... Issues still not fixed. App is super glitchy. almost to the point it isn't user friendly. I hate opening this app

Earthlink is one of the WORST companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I signed up for internet service with the company in January and ended up returning my router on February 24th and NEVER got connected to internet in all that time. They charged me 430 dollars for the router saying I never returned it, which I did!! Good thing I had my tracking number because they claim it wasn't in my account which means it was deleted because it was there previously. Cust service sucks👎🏾

I tried Earthlink. Unfortunately, it would not work for me at my location. BEWARE: Advertisement was for $59/mth but for some reason they charged me $79/mth and I was billed for the next month during my I introductory period. When I tried to get refunded they would only refund me $39 and I never used the service outside the introductory period. Ended up costing me $49 + tax for the introductory offer and another $40 for the next month.
