slow as all get out. constantly crashing. horrible technical support. $120 a month for what? literally for what? they keep telling me the exact same things. power off & back on, unplug & plug in, reboot, hold the reset button. I've done all of it, it just doesn't work. greedy & mediocre company.

Absolutely the most abysmal customer nightmare imaginable. No service for a week, the first week. Customer service is nonexistent on the app, on the phone, through texts. I ran out of space commenting on this scam and had to delete most of my experience. Do not give your money to this scam. Absolutely wish I could give it no stars.

service sucks had it for 2 day and it's lagging all the time. To expensive for this service. Get billed immediately after installing and setting up. Customer service is horrible told in order to cancel you have to pay the first bill. Two days of service and I have to pay the first bill.. What ... Ask to speak to a supervisor 3 times and they hung up on me those 3 times. T mobile got way better Internet and is more affordable. I will never use earth link ever again and I will never recommend it
