The app works, drivers are reliable, customer service is excellent, BUT cabs are just too expensive. They used to have great loyalty program rewards, including a free ride after a certain number of points, but they gutted those rewards down to just €5 off for the same points, while prices have seemingly gone up. Not worth it, I'm switching to Bolt.

For some reason I always have to wait a lot more than the app shows, the drivers often cancel, and as a user I cant cancel even if I wait more than 20 minutes) and for cancel I have to pay a Penalties!!!! Even when drivers cancel so many times!!!!. When I tried to contact by the phone to the company no one replied.

Waiting time is abysmal! It's a small country and it takes longer to wait for an ecab than to get to your destination. If I wanted to wait that long I would not even use the app. Why do you think I use this app? To get to a destination quicker, because it was a reliable service in the past, however it has become a complete mockery of what it was. What a joke! Don't use this app.
