Ratings and reviews

Unreliable. A few features were fixed recently--I can see the map now. Would be nice if it was in real time instead of 20 sec delay. RIDE SCHEDULES DO NOT UPDATE AFTER COMING BACK FROM A TRANSFER. After returning to DART, my morning ride still shows. Sometimes certain features show and other times they don't (such as number of stops before my arrival). Our Transportation Advisory Council has lots of ideas... The app crashes every few days (or so). The last update did not fix that.

The app only works sporadically. it usually tells me you can only book a trip for the current day. it does not let you pick the next day, or any other day. there's also not a number to call and report the problem so it can be fixed. very frustrating.

I like that I can check the status of my rides, but trying to schedule is very difficult. Trying to put the pickup times is very challenging
