I was skeptical at first, being old- school and prefered hard-wired ethernet. I used stand-alone range extender linksys which died in a year, then belkin which was better, but neither were able to blanket the house with strong wifi. Thought about installing a hub with ethernet wires, then changing my router, then upgrading my modem. All would have been trial and error. Sale at Best Buy put the eeeo with 3 plug in/ethernet for $299. I tried it, installed the software and have never been happier! Easy to operate, app is bug-free and my 20+ devices are always connected. I can see who is using, the speed of the wifi, and disable any device I choose by clicking the app. It isn't hype! This product, and the app are excellent! I have the app working on my Samsung galaxy s7 edge.
On my Galaxy S8 the scroll function is bugged in the network settings section of the app. I can see there are more options, but I can't scroll to access them. Otherwise the app is solid. I'll change my review to 5 stars once I have access to all of the features.
For the past month on my Galaxy A5 the app on a daily basis asks me to reset by putting a pass code generated via login screen. This happens 2-3 times a day. Never happened before. Something has changed in your coding.
Your web page states "Android 4.4 and up", but the application does not support tablets. I wish I tried to install the application before I purchased your product.
Really fantastic home wifi. Reliable, intuitive and just works! Wish it supported loopback on DNS, so that entities inside my network (like cameras) that use dynamic DNS URLs would work without having to use the IP addresses. But everything else is flawless. We used to have wifi dropouts all the time in our 4 story home, but now, with an eero on each floor, it's Rick solid for over 6 months now. Highly recommended.
Amazing. I went and bought a 3 pack and have Wi-Fi 4 houses down....i love this system and app
