Latest update added a pop-up ad for subscription when you try to watch camera live. You x out the pop up and try clicking camera again, another pop up. Can't get past it, they effectively made the camera useless without a subscription. I only bought it for live view outside my house, I don't care about cloud storage. I bought the camera with the understanding you could watch live without a subscription, it's a bait and switch. DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS UNLESS YOU PLAN TO PAY A SUBSCRIPTION.

I'm not getting video. The only way for me to open the camera is by pressing the doorbell. Kind a useless if I just want to see what's outside or who's outside. Even after the doorbell's been pressed all I get is a couple screenshots. Took forever for it to be able to connect. Says you can contact support through the app, yes you can send them a message, not that it does any good. Send a few. 1 useless answer. So far as a so-called video doorbell this thing is useless, so is the app. Junk.

The delayed response. I'm disappointed. The doorbell works great. I successfully downloaded the app to my phone, just to discover that there is a long delayed response from the time the doorbell rings, til the time the phone gives the notification. Also, I thought the service would be free but NOT...Only the doorbell ring is free. U got to pay for videos etc
