Extremely poor customer service. I get completely ignored. Normally a 2 month wait for a response. Cameras don t work most of the time. I have to watch commercials to view my camera even though I have a paid subscription and shouldn't have to because you can do that without paying. Have no idea what I paid for. People come and go and doesn't show up on my camera. Very bad quality. No one to talk to. Unresponsive. Get your doorbell somewhere else. Once they get your money they turn it off

They don't hold up a charge no more than maybe 15 minutes,,,, maybe... The other features aren't bad, night vision is awesome, the picture quality is so so, but I've definitely experienced worst.. Rating 5/ out of 10. Only because, I bought 6 of them joints at one time and I was not expecting that .

I'm not getting video. The only way for me to open the camera is by pressing the doorbell. Kind a useless if I just want to see what's outside or who's outside. Even after the doorbell's been pressed all I get is a couple screenshots. Took forever for it to be able to connect. Says you can contact support through the app, yes you can send them a message, not that it does any good. Send a few. 1 useless answer. So far as a so-called video doorbell this thing is useless, so is the app. Junk.
