I'm not getting video. The only way for me to open the camera is by pressing the doorbell. Kind a useless if I just want to see what's outside or who's outside. Even after the doorbell's been pressed all I get is a couple screenshots. Took forever for it to be able to connect. Says you can contact support through the app, yes you can send them a message, not that it does any good. Send a few. 1 useless answer. So far as a so-called video doorbell this thing is useless, so is the app. Junk.

The delayed response. I'm disappointed. The doorbell works great. I successfully downloaded the app to my phone, just to discover that there is a long delayed response from the time the doorbell rings, til the time the phone gives the notification. Also, I thought the service would be free but NOT...Only the doorbell ring is free. U got to pay for videos etc

This app is trash. The product is trash. I requested a refund for the item with the vendor and was refunded almost immediately. I purchased the one year subscription before realizing that the product was completely useless. I canceled the subscription within the first few days and have not been able to have a refund issued. I have requested a refund with Kement, Google and disputed the charge with my financial institution and have been unsuccessful and all 3 are as useless as the product.
