This application does not work properly. There is no customer service to assist you. No one responds to the email address they provide. The chat in the application is useless as they won't help to resolve your issue. I would NOT recommend you purchase this service. As you can see in other reviews it's the same, delayed response, constant failure to record, recordings get deleted before 30 days, the app continuously sends you links to purchase a subscription even if you already have one.

This app is trash. The product is trash. I requested a refund for the item with the vendor and was refunded almost immediately. I purchased the one year subscription before realizing that the product was completely useless. I canceled the subscription within the first few days and have not been able to have a refund issued. I have requested a refund with Kement, Google and disputed the charge with my financial institution and have been unsuccessful and all 3 are as useless as the product.

I'm not getting video. The only way for me to open the camera is by pressing the doorbell. Kind a useless if I just want to see what's outside or who's outside. Even after the doorbell's been pressed all I get is a couple screenshots. Took forever for it to be able to connect. Says you can contact support through the app, yes you can send them a message, not that it does any good. Send a few. 1 useless answer. So far as a so-called video doorbell this thing is useless, so is the app. Junk.
